INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla oat milk
- 1/2 cup frozen banana slices
- 5 or 6 pitted dried dates
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter powder
- 5 ice cubes
- 1 scoop Avaia*
