INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup original coconut milk
- 1 scoop Avaia*
- 1/2 cup Kale
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1/2 cup banana
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 cup apple
- 1/2 cup honey Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Flax Seed
Notes: Can add a Squeeze of lemon, or substitute the coconut milk with water or apple juice. Dropping all fruit and veggies to 1/2 cups may be better suited, depending on freshness. *Avaia can be consumed more than 1 serving daily.
