Chai Banana Date
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or vanilla oat milk
- 1 cup frozen bananas
- 5 pitted dates
- 2 scoops of Chai powder
- 1 scoop Avaia*
- 5 or 6 ice cubes
- Dash of vanilla
- Dash of cinnamon
Notes: *Avaia can be consumed more than 1 serving daily.
