INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or vanilla oat milk
  • 1 cup frozen bananas
  • 5 pitted dates
  • 2 scoops of Chai powder
  • 1 scoop Avaia*
  • 5 or 6 ice cubes
  • Dash of vanilla
  • Dash of cinnamon

Notes: *Avaia can be consumed more than 1 serving daily.
