INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 scoop Avaia*
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup frozen banana
- 5.8 ounce mixed berry Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons flax seed
Notes: Can add a drop of honey if preferred. *Avaia can be consumed more than 1 serving daily.
