Going Bananas

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Banana almond milk 
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 scoop of Avaia*
  • 1/3 cup frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • Pinch of fresh kale
  • 5.3 ounce berry Greek yogurt 

Notes:  If you can’t find banana almond milk, make it …. Blend 1 cup vanilla almond with 1/3 cup bananas and a drizzle of honey.  *Avaia can be consumed more than 1 serving daily.
