INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup vanilla oat milk
- 1 Scoop Avaia*
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen banana
- 5.8 oz Berry Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoons of flax seed
Notes: For less sweetness try vanilla Greek yogurt. For added sweetness add some honey. *Avaia can be consumed more than 1 serving daily.
