2 tablespoons salted almond butter

2 tablespoons flax seed

Notes: For less sweetness try unsweetened chocolate almond milk (or add vanilla Greek yogurt for extra creaminess). For added sweetness add some honey. Avaia can be consumed more than 1 serving daily.
