Refund Policy

Customer Refund Requests

Click the profile icon in the store’s navigation or go to the refund policy or returns page, and then request a return.

  1. Log in to your account:

    1. In the “Email” field, enter your email address, and then click “Continue”.
  2. Click the order for which you want to submit the return.

  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items to be returned or refunded.

  4. Select a return/refund reason and add a note for the store.

    1. “Damaged” or “Lost” or “Stolen” will be the only valid reasons accepted under this policy.
  5. In the note section, indicate whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

  6. Click “Submit request”.

    1. If the notes section does not indicate a refund or exchange, then by default, a replacement product will be shipped.
  7. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

  8. Shipping fees for replacement products will be the responsibility of the seller.
